Shipping policy

At MAKO, our mission is to provide you with the most effective and aesthetic home organization tools from around the world. To keep our prices fair and our selection curated, we ship directly from our global fulfillment centers.

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to other countries soon!

2. Processing & Delivery Times

We know you're excited to organize your space, and we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days. (During this time, we verify your order, perform quality checks, and pack your items).

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 10–15 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. While most orders arrive on the faster side of this window, occasional customs delays or high-demand seasons may slightly extend these times.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95 on all orders.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50.00.

4. Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 2–5 days for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive your notification.

5. Multiple Shipments

To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, orders with multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. Don’t worry — you will receive a tracking number for each parcel.

6. Customs & Import Taxes

MAKO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). (Note: Most orders under $800 shipped to the USA are duty-free).

7. Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us at makospace@outlook.com.
