Refund policy

At MAKO, we want you to love your organized space. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective (cracked plastic, broken parts, etc.), please do not worry about shipping it back.

Include your order number and clear photos or a video of the damage.

Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
3. Returns for Change of Mind
If the product is functional but you simply changed your mind:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Important: Since we curate products globally to keep prices low, return shipping must be sent to our processing center. Please contact us for the exact return address before shipping any items.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
A shipment is considered "lost" if it has not arrived within 45 business days of the order date (excluding processing time). If your order is officially lost, we will issue a full refund or reship the item at no extra cost to you.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return (or your evidence of damage), we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
